Hearing Slated For Capital Man
Louis Bank Hawkins a 32 year old Moore man faces a preliminary hearing set for 11 a.m. January 6 with bond at 1000 dollars. Hawkins is accused of a burn. Moore’s daughters ages 9 and 10 awoke to a man on their bed rifling through books and saw a man flee through a bathroom window. A hat was found outside. Hawkins was arrested Tuesday about 3 a.m. at a tavern 224 C by Detectives Robert Schulte Bill May and Ed Richardson.
