Couple Held Overnight Then Robbed in Aurora Jewelers
AURORA Ill two masked robbers held jeweler Joseph Fodor and his wife Nellie captive through the night and looted the jewelry store for about 550000 in merchandise. Police suspect accomplices. Fodor closed shop at 5 30 p m Saturday and the couple was attacked when they arrived home. The wife was bound and forced to reveal the store key and safe combination.

Local tag office staff reported only about 500 residents claimed 1956 auto tags in the first hours of issue. Mrs Julia Mae Green had identified the remains as Edith in October 1954, but Christian notes differing dental gold and hair color. Virgil Acree, a 35 year old Oklahoma City man, was taken for a lie detector test after admitting he lived with Mrs Christian following her disappearance.
