Architect Samuel Paul unveils a two bedroom ranch on the raised first floor with four livable rooms beneath raised out of the ground. A dramatic 20 by 13 plus recreation room with a high ceiling and a private guest suite expand living space while a high pitched garage roof adds two extra bedrooms in the future. The foyer overlooks the recreation area and links to a main entry, with a clear division between living and sleeping zones.
