Murder Suspect Faces Mental Examination in Tulsa
In Tulsa Oklahoma AP report Judge Jay Dalton ordered an examination of murder suspect Jack Dwight Lazar by Dr Salvatore Russo to decide if he should be committed for mental treatment. Dr Garcia at Eastern State Hospital had urged commitment after Lazar allegedly killed Glenda Ann Cale in December 1972 in Tulsa.
