Accenture settles whistleblower suit over Kansas KEES contract
Accenture agreed to a $63.7 million settlement with the U S Justice Department over bid rigging kickbacks and inflated prices tied to the Kansas Eligibility and Enforcement System KEES contract awarded under Gov Brownback aides. The case was filed in Arkansas by Norman Rille and Neal Roberts under the False Claims Act. The agreement is not an admission of liability and Accenture says it will not materially affect its results.
