Range building is new project in western states

Washington reports a new soil conservation program for western livestock, calling it a broad range improvement plan for next year. It offers payments from 470 million dollars this year to stockmen in 13 states for range building and related practices on voluntary, privately owned or controlled land. No retirement or livestock production restrictions are involved, aligning with Great Plains drouth committee recommendations and stockman input from state meetings.

Hospitals as Homes of Mercy for Children
