County weighs traffic signal at Kasold and U S 59 interchanges
Douglas County commissioners consider funding a $170000 one time county share to install a traffic signal at the Kasold Road and East 1259 Road interchange as KDOT shifts to right on right off turns. They also review an $83000 feasibility study contract for redeveloping 90 acres owned by the Delaware Tribe near the Kansas Turnpike North Lawrence interchange including an agricultural station and educational use.
