LMH to buy site near SLT for west Lawrence growth
LMH plans to purchase a 70 acre site north east of the Sixth Street and SLT interchange to house an outpatient facility with OrthoKansas. The center would include orthopedics and primary care, imaging, therapy, and move LMH Breast Center there, opening in late 2019. The project aims to spur local development while preserving the current Second and Maine street hospital as a full service site.
