Smith of Onaga Kansas and Mrs Smith were injured in a collision with a Oakland car from Ohio on the fort to fort highway a mile east of Big Strings. Mrs Smith had a deep cut under an eye and bruises. she was taken to Topeka for examination. Mr Smith suffered a left temple blow and several ribs were wrenched. Both cars were badly damaged.
Barrow, state agent for an insurance firm, spoke to about twenty Lawrence Real Estate Board members on salesmanship methods. He noted the general principles of insurance selling apply to real estate. The group met at Mrs. Eva Guffin's on Rhode Island street for a dinner meeting last night.
In Fola Kansas on October a Humboldt citizen and others paraded the streets after a Giants game. Mocking effigies were burned and derision filled the air as cries and sirens accompanied the procession through Lola. Humboldt Johnson, a native son, was central to the scene.

A Ford coupe owned by J. J. Shinh, stolen last night from 1126 Kentucky Street, was found this morning. The radiator and other removable parts were missing. Police believe the thief removed the car's essential components during the theft.
