False identity case ends in guilty plea
Lonnie N. Webster, 30, pleaded guilty in U S District Court in Wichita to making a false statement to the Department of Education. He admitted using the name, Social Security number, and birth date of James Odom to apply for student loans and grants, with about $50,000 obtained. He faces up to five years.
