About 300 attended the University Commons press club banquet last night with Corngling Ashley as toastmaster. Speeches were given by journalism students visiting delegates and faculty members. Delegates held round table discussions this morning conducted by journalism professors.

Seven air mail planes and their hangar burned in Cheyenne Wyoming after midnight. Loss estimated at $200 000 as a light broke igniting the gasoline soaked floor. A huge storage tank exploded spreading flames over the building. Air mail today will be carried west from Cheyenne in the same plane that brings it from Omaha. Reserve planes from North Platte Rock Springs and Rawlins have been called in.
