New York reports a sweeping Republican victory with belated western returns. The GOP gains strong in both the Senate and House, promising a substantial working majority for ten years. President-elect Harding appears set to top 330 electoral votes, while Democrats see Wilson defeated nationally.

County returns show Amendment No 1 passing with a large in town majority, while Amendment No 2 on tax clarification drew 287 yes and 2,606 no, and Amendment No 3 for a Good Roads plan received 4,540 yes with opposing votes noted. overall countywide totals reflect strong support for the amendments.
