CENTERVILLE IOWA AP An official of the Civil Aeronautics Board said the agency hopes to complete its report on the May 22 Continental Airlines jet crash by July 1. The Boeing 707 broke up at 49 000 feet killing all 45 aboard as investigators probe the interior explosion source. The FBI will take over most field work while CAB finishes loose ends.

E I Du Pont directors decide to distribute about a third of its 63 million General Motors shares to Du Pont common stockholders on July 9. A holder of one Du Pont share on June 8 will receive half a GM share, with four installments possible by February 1965 under an antitrust divestiture order.
