El Dorado Kansas May 26 Butler county streams were bank full for the third time this week after a rain and hail storm dropped 1.24 inches of moisture. The Walnut River and its west branch surged over banks with no serious damage expected. Hail and high winds caused some damage as rainfall for the month rose to about 8 inches.
