RG Fiber appeal fails to win Eudora permit
The Eudora City Commission rejected RG Fiber owner Mike Bosch's bid to issue a permit to install gigabit fiber, citing owed liquidated damages of 2500 dollars and city staff changes on requirements. A separate forum will present the city side. The meeting also approved recycling inclusion in residential trash service and a resolution for development benefit districts.
