Oklahoma City suburb Moore bears scars from deadly EF5 tornado
Rescue crews raced to finish the search for survivors and victims after a 40 minute EF5 tornado devastated Moore. Authorities revised the death toll to 24 while noting many homes were reduced to bare earth. Gov Fallin and President Obama pledged federal help as Plaza Towers Elementary faced heavy damage and a large search continued for missing children and residents.
