One more person from the February 26 Lawrence drug raids has been found guilty of illegal drug possession. Montie A. Blaine, 20, of 1309 Ohio, was fined 250 dollars and given a six month suspended jail term for illegal possession of amphetamine. An appeal has been filed in district court from a juvenile court decision that Michael L. Frame, 17, of 2509 Mont, should face trial as an adult on two counts of illegal sale and possession of marijuana and one count of hashish possession and sale. Frame, free on 1200 dollar bond, has not appeared for a county court preliminary hearing.
