A special committee of Commissioner Cleland and Prof Bailey was named to review the report.

Washington May 21 C W Huntington of New York has been removed by director general McAdoo as President of the Virginian Railway for disobedience to the Railroad Administration orders for maintenance and improvement. St Young of Norfolk Va has been appointed director of the road.
