Police head cameras help gather key evidence in Topeka
Topeka officer Mitch Soden wore a head mounted camera when a drunken driver sped past and wrecked near the cruiser. He described how the lens captured the vehicle from the rear and documented the incident and ensuing injuries. The camera, in use since 2011, aids evidence collection and can record details hard to capture in a written report.
