Lawrence moves quorum change for two member talks
Lawrence city commissioners advanced a charter ordinance to raise the quorum from three to four, enabling two commissioners to discuss city business privately. The plan requires two votes, two publications a week apart, and a 60 day protest period, with annual reconsideration.
