Holland, 43, ex convict, was arrested and to be charged with first degree murder in the killings of his wife Molly Mattie Holland, 36, and mother in law Bear Fairfax, 59, whose headless bodies were found at Lake of the Ozarks last month. Col M Stanley Ginn said Holland would be taken to Sedalia for filing by County Prosecutor Leo J Harned. Police found human blood in the Holland home. Holland denied the killings and gave conflicting alibi statements.
