Fatal crash near 31st and Haskell corrected in Journal World
Sheriff's reports show a vehicle driven by Stephen Burgess sat sideways on a county road south of the intersection. James LeClair, a Haskell Junior College student, was killed outside the car when two other vehicles crashed at the scene.
