Wife Desertion Charge Leads to Arrest in Vinland
Kenneth Bartholomew twenty one was arrested yesterday afternoon by Deputy Ralph Lawrence on a wife desertion charge at Vinland. Sheriff Bowen of LaGrange Ind. requested the arrest and Bartholomew will be held at the county jail until Bowen retrieves him. Bartholomew allegedly used the name Anneth Smith and has worked around Vineland since December 29 1923.
