Mr and Mrs McGillivery spent the winter with their son here and plan to move to Kansas City. Kev and Mrs CL Milton went to Fort Scott for a visit. KB Caldwell went to Pittsburg to attend a Knights of Pythias convention. W Murphy also went to Pittsburg for the same event. Mrs Kate North went to Kansas this morning. Mrs Kipgmeo, guest of Chas McFarland, on her way home from California, went to Marysville Missouri and then to Delaware Ohio. C E Funnell of Kansas City is in town. Dr Chas Fisher, guest at the Sigma Nu house, returned home to Lyons. Prof WC J returned from Lecompton. Mr and Mrs M M Blodgett and others spent Sunday with Mr and Mrs Henry Tisdale. Mrs F S Bangs returned from Kansas City. Robert Baldwin of St Louis spent weekend with Lawrence friends. W H Anderson of Utawatha is in the city.

Mrs M Challisa and Miss Freck Moore visited from Albuquerque. Miss Carlotta Nellin returns from Topaka after time with Miss Margaret Per pains. Mrs Lyons of Kansas City visited. Mr and Mrs Ralph Smock return from their wedding journey and head to their new home in Bteno Ok. Alumni reception for senior girls May 19 at Miss Emery’s Louisiana street home. Tei Siler came in from Kansas City. Jorge Sheep, studying dentistry in Kansas City, returns for the summer.
Morning sale opened at Woodward drug store with four university organizations present. Men held places for hours to secure tickets for the senior play as limits were reached and sales continued in blocks of ten to twenty.
