Lloyd R. Winters Jr., 39, of Los Angeles formerly of Lawrence, died Friday of a heart attack. He was grandson of Mrs. L. M. Winters and nephew of Mrs. Norma McCloskey, both of Lawrence. Survivors include brothers Charles and John Winters of Kansas City and sister Mrs. Ray Hicks of Portland, Oregon. A Kansas University graduate 1951, member of Delta Tau Delta, he worked for TWA and lived in Kansas City before his transfer to Los Angeles two years ago. Funeral arrangements are in complete.
