A 15 inch Beagle, Ch. Busch's Gin Rickey, owned by William and Cecile Busch of Cape Girardeau Missouri, won best in show as about 1,000 dogs across 90 breeds competed. HUD funds revived for 312 Loan Program in Lawrence
HUD has resumed the 312 Loan Program offering up to 17400 dollars over 20 years at 3 percent simple interest for housing rehabilitation. Lawrence residents in North and East areas qualify, with applications possible in four to six weeks.
