Donors Give 10 000 for East Lawrence Pool
A community effort built a pool in East Lawrence dating to the 1960s. Donors from Stranger Creek Pools laid rebar as the floor was poured on Saturday. Residents formed a swim club, borrowed funds, and funded the project with many small gifts while land was donated by Bob Bud and Al Woore.
