House rejects tax cut bill ends Kansas session
Kansas lawmakers wrapped up the 2018 session as the House rejected a tax cut bill that would have given income tax relief to individuals and corporations. The measure failed 59 to 59, short of the 63 votes needed, after the Senate had approved it 21 to 19 the prior night.
