Law rence Journal World entry and mixed 1924 notes
A fragment from the Lawrence Journal-World lists notices and varied items including a post office second class matter statement, readers urged to call for missed journals, a Deuteronomy verse, and scattered 1924 world news notes. Topics touch Germany's Dawes plan stance, U.S. rail scrapage, Kansas coal wages, Indian sanitation and Punjab plague, a round-the-world flight race, Coolidge veto implications, prohibition’s economic effects on grapes and soft drinks, and general political commentary. The passage blends notices, religious text, and international notes with no single event dominating.
