The Bible institute opened at the University at 8 AM for a four day study of religious topics. Prof Boodig spoke on Special Psychic Phenomena and the Divinity of Jesus, followed by Dr Sanders on the Growth of the Old Testament. Chancellor Strong gave a welcome address as sessions continued with lectures by Carruth and Wilcox and more talks by Sanders on religious ideas in the Old Testament.
Results show Harteldea Dablene Gustafson Kobna Berger and Uhrlaubs among top teams with records 6 10. Individual scores list Harteldea Robinson Albach Edmonds and Beers among high scorers. Episcopal ladies event noted for May 4 5 at No3 West War Feo Street.

A hail storm swept a two mile wide strip across southwestern Linden and northwest Byurboo counties, destroying all growing crops and fruit trees, stripping leaves, and damaging buildings. Heavy rain followed with reports of four inches of water in twenty minutes from Mapleton. In probate court Mrs. J. W. Ozinn was declared of unsound mind.
