If the upset stems from dietary indiscretion or a clear cause, body's self healing may suffice. For uncertain cases consult a physician as symptoms may hide more serious issues. After 24 48 hours add small portions of meat or fish and avoid raw fruits and vegetables for longer. Do not self prescribe drugs or purges. consider warm water enemas if needed.
