MacArthur Begins March Toward Malolos Seven Miles Out

Arnold aged 45 once postmaster of Topeka died today in Topeka Kansas from a complication of kidney and heart troubles. Born in Indiana he served in the Civil War as a captain and moved to Topeka in 1871 to enter the drug trade. He was appointed postmaster during Cleveland's first administration.
