Schlitterbahn coowner charged in deadly Vermickt ride case

Texas based Schlitterbahn linked men Jeffrey Henry and John Schooley were indicted for reckless second degree murder over the 2016 decapitation of 10 year old Caleb Schwab on the 17 story Vermickt water slide. The case includes Henry & Sons Construction Co and 17 other felonies amid claims of rushed design and lack of engineering oversight.
