Police say 57 year old Carl Athey swung a foot long metal chain at officers as they tried to serve a municipal warrant at a Michig an Street residence. Edward Athey, 61, was Tased when he advanced toward officers. Both men jailed in Douglas County on assault and obstruction charges with Carl facing aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.
