Chrysler plants must be vacated by strikers
Detroit March 15 UP The Chrysler corporation won an injunction ordering nearly 6,000 sit down strikers to evacuate its Detroit plants by 8 30 a m Wednesday. Judge Allan Campbell said there is no compromise between law and violent self help and warned of a 10 000 000 penalty for noncompliance. The court directed sheriff Wilcox to post copies at plant gates and warned arrests could follow. Sixty thousand Chrysler workers are idle as strikes continue at other plants in the region.

Gradual Warm Up Forecast For Kansas
Topeka March 15 Pi Kansas expects a gradual warming today and tomorrow with generally fair weather. Federal meteorologist S D Flora notes a recent snow and sleet fall benefited the wheat crop and low temperatures did no damage. Precipitation ranged from one half to one inch in southwest Kansas and one to one and a quarter inches in the southeast. Temperatures yesterday varied 22 to 30 degrees across the state, Ellis reporting eight degrees above zero as the lowest in the nation. Today’s high 32 to 35, tonight 20 to 22, with a 50 degree high forecast for tomorrow.
