Lawrence couple charged with distributing meth in Douglas County
Lawrence residents Brian N. McCoy and Naomi L. Byers face five felony counts each for distributing meth and related charges. McCoy, 38, was arrested March 2 with alleged crimes in late January to early February involving 35 to 100 grams of meth. McCoy remains jailed on 75000 bond. Byers posted 40000 own recognizance and was not in custody.
