Coroner details close range shot in murder trial
On day one of Archie Robinsons first degree murder trial Deputy Coroner Altaf Hossain testified the fatal shot that killed 39 year old Patrick Roberts was fired less than three feet away. Prosecutors say Robinson kicked in Roberts home with Dustin Walker, sought money or marijuana, and shot Roberts when he resisted as Roberts family testified to the break in at about 3 am.
