Los Angeles March 6 Henry Ford outlined plans for a low cost car built in strategically located factories to reduce purchase price. A parent plant may be erected first in Detroit or central states using water power, followed by additional factories nationwide. Ford says the new company will be owned by himself and family to satisfy court dividend rulings. Superintendent Rent explains the proposed site reduces travel by about one and a half blocks per student and would cut daily trips for farthest residents. The new school would offer lunch room facilities and allow students to bring or buy lunch, with about half using the room.
