Haskell Edges Elks In Late Inning Fly To Take Lead

In a tight game yesterday evening Terex' fly to center field dropped by Moffitt allowed E Coffey to score from third, breaking a 2 2 tie and giving Haskell a 3 2 victory. Perez replaced Montoya in the fourth to stop further Elks scoring while Montoya had started strong, and Montoya remained two runs to the first innings. The Elks mounted a late bid but fell short as Perez and infielders supported the rally. The game was set to resume Friday with a rematch against Fridax.
