Douglas County grants conditional use permit for vacation rental
A resolution by the Douglas County Kansas Board of County Commissioners authorizes a 10 year conditional use permit for a vacation rental at 144 N 1600 Road. The permit requires no on street parking on N 400 Road, limits events to the event center and north garden, ends events by midnight excluding clean-up, and prohibits amplified outdoor music except ceremonial music while lights are off when the center is not in use.
