Whitewater trial shows bankers aware of reporting rules
Perry County Bank vice president Buford M. Satterfield testified that Herby Branscum Jr. and Robert Hill helped set policy on reporting cash deposits and withdrawals over 10000. Documents show the two discussed the requirement at board meetings at least five times before 1990 withdrawals linked to the Clinton gubernatorial campaign.
