Baby Die Between Rats in Brooklyn Slum
In a Brooklyn Coney Island area slum, a four month old baby named Richard Fox Jr. was found mauled by rats at 5:40 a.m. The child suffered extensive bite wounds to the face and body and died an hour later at a hospital.
