Crummer Retrial Set After Deadlocked Wichita Jury
In Wichita on June 21 the jury could not reach a verdict after 157 hours of deliberation in the Rey E Crummer case. Crummer, former director of the failed American State bank and new president of Brown Crimmer Co, faces charges of permitting and conniving at deposits while insolvent.
