U S Atty Morton Susman rested 2% hours after Clay pleaded innocent before Judge Joe In graham and an all white jury. Clay's lawyers also plan to call four witnesses claiming he spends most of his time as a Black Muslim minister and should not be 1-A. Clay loudly answered not guilty after the indictment was read.

A motorcyclist Bradford 5S. Smith 19 of 939 Pamela La. was injured when a white convertible ran a red light at 1:56 a.m. on 9th Street and Iowa Street.
