Nature Trail Planned for Lawrence Rotary Arboretum
A new Bluebird Nature Trail is planned for the Lawrence Rotary Arboretum at 5100 W 27th St beside Clinton Lake Softball Complex. The loop will wrap the pond and marshy area with educational plant and wildlife info, a low bridge, and taller grasses. Local Rotary clubs, KU civil engineering students, and community groups back the project with future restrooms and a large picnic pavilion potential.

Phrenology pieces spark antique questions and market value
The article explains phrenology's rise and fall, notes its pseudoscience status, and contrasts brain mapping with old skull theories. It cites a Doyle New York sale where two phrenology heads sold for 1,750 and mentions a Cincinnati lamp with Tiffany-like roots that could fetch up to 7,000.
