Local firefighters turn smoked meats into charitable catering
Lawrence firefighters Glotzbach and Herrman launched KB's Smoked Meats four years ago turning a custom two story smoker into a busy catering business. They cook up pulled pork wings riblets and holiday birds and support charity events including Mugs for Jugs benefiting Susan G. Komen.
