Report on Russia prompts tug of war in House committee
Washington June 11 A House foreign affairs panel debates language for a four member subcommittee report on Russia and its neighbors. Some members urge softer wording while others threaten to release the findings themselves if the panel blocks publication. The draft is said to be highly critical of Tito's Yugoslavia and hints at recommending an international tribunal for Mihailovitch. Additional witnesses include airmen who aided Mihailovitch during the war.
