Proposed shelter rules outline day and night center policies
The plan details a daytime drop in center banning intoxicated individuals while the nighttime shelter permits drinking if rules are followed. Guests may stay up to 90 days per year with shelter guidelines, and beyond that must engage in an LCS program with a case manager. All arrivals require a case manager within 72 hours. A good neighbor policy bans loitering and violations trigger suspensions. The plan lists conduct offenses and associated ban durations from two weeks to one year for serious violations including violence and weapon carrying.
