Lawrence real estate shows continued demand at mid range prices with April sales up 25.6 percent from 2014. Existing home sales rose 23.3 percent to 106. average existing price reached 180959. New construction sold seven, averaging 374813. Buyer activity focused on three bedroom two bath homes with two car garages, inventory tight in the 150000 to 200000 range.
