Disturbance leads to arrest in downtown alley case
A 26-year-old Lawrence man brandished a handgun during a disturbance in the alley between Massachusetts and New Hampshire streets around 10 p.m. He fled but was later arrested in the 900 block of Iowa Street and booked in Douglas County Jail on aggravated assault, felony firearm possession, and criminal property damage. Bond not set.
